I have a few more exchange pictures I would like to share and also a couple of giveaways I won.
I was in the Lizzie Kate Exchange for the first time and received this wonderful piece from Michele . I LOVE the bat trim she used on it! I have it hanging in the entrance way for everyone to see. Thank You for a great exchange Michele!
My partner for the LK exchange was Sharon. I stitched Autumn Abc's for her on 28ct bittersweet hand-dyed jobelan using the over dyed threads call for. I made it into a pinkeep for her. I really enjoyed stitching and finishing this for you Sharon :)
In July I was fortunate to win the giveaway on Mylene's blog. I have admired Mylene's stitching for awhile now so when I found out I was the winner that month I was thrilled!! The winner that particular month had a choice of what they liked and how they would like it finished. I told her my favorite color was purple and I like things with a halloween/fall theme. I also told her I would love a mattress pincushion. Here is what she sent me and it is absolutely perfect!! When my DD saw it she said "Mom it's you!!! How perfect!"
A great BIG Thank You Mylene for this wonderful gift! I will treasure it always!
