Exchanges I Sent Have Been Received

Now that I have heard from 2 of the 3 partners I sent exchanges to I can finally post the pics of what I made for them.

In the LK exchange I stitched February Blocks for Melissa. I used 28ct DMC linen and the GAST & Weeks threads called for. This was the 2nd time I finished something into an easel. They really are fun and easy to do!!

I am also in the HOE Perpetual Ornament exchange that Carol started this year. I stitched Mistletoe Reindeer by Sharon of Daffycat Designs on 28ct DMC linen with the DMC threads called for. I used seed beads in place of the dreaded French knots lol and also added seed beads around the edge of the ornament. I used glass beads for the hanger. I guess I was in a bead mood that day lol

I have 1 more exchange that hasn't reached my partner yet. Hopefully she will get it soon! She actually had me in 2 exchanges and I received them from her yesterday. She mailed them around January 13th so it took a month to get here. I am thinking it will probably take as long to get to her. I am keeping my fingers crossed!I will post a picture of what she sent me later today or tomorrow.

Thank so much for stopping by!! I truly appreciate your wonderful comments!
Have a great day!

I love the heart pin that's in the top of Melissa's easel - very cute!
I've been meaning to stitch Daffycat's reindeers for a while now, they'd look great hung on the tree together.
It's always nerve-wracking waiting to hear if your exchange has arrived in one piece. Touch wood, I've not had to re-stitch anything...yet!!!
