A Few Christmas Exchanges

It's been awhile since I posted here on my blog . I really do need to post here more often! I have a lot to catch up on.

I was in the 123MB Christmas ornament exchange and I received this lovely ornament from Carol (dragonfly5). It is absolutely gorgeous in person. So elegant!

And this is the ornament I made for Carol. It was A freebie pattern from Midsummer Night Designs called Jingle, Sparkle, Joy. After she received it Carol said it was one she had been wanting to stitch but never got around to it. I am sure we can all relate to that! I certainly can ;)

I was also in the Christmas Ornament exchange on The Gift Of Stitching yahoogroup. I received this gorgeous ornament from Kate in the UK. She used a beautiful hand dyed fabric which was pale lavender. BTW purple of any shade is my favorite color :) She also sent me some goodies and a few pics of where she lives in the UK.

This sure was a popular pattern LOL It really was a fun stitch!
